SPECIALIZATION
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Tampa, Tampa Palms, New Tampa, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Zephryhills, and Land 'O Lakes. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I am also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

With my vast experience living on the Gulf coast, boating and working with a waterfront specialist I am very capable of assisting my buyers in finding the perfect waterfront property. If you fish and/or boat I have the experience and knowledge needed to let you start living the Florida "dream".

PERSONAL
I'm a native of South Carolina having been born and raised in that area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. I attended the U.S. Caost Guard Academy and I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and pursued that career in engineering, corporate planning, financial analysis and product distribution at the corporate level with duPont and Occidental Chemical for many years. I have lived in Florida since 1971 and the Tampa area since 1982. I have been very involved with real estate since 1984 working with an agent that specialized in waterfront properties as well as operating my financial counsulting business advising clients on investment alternatives.

I am also USPTR certified tennis instructor (retired). I have raised two sons that became tennis players and did very well on the junior tennis circuit. The older son played for Limestone College in South Carolina and upon graduating became a teaching tennis professional in the Spartanburg, SC area. My younger son, who was nationally ranked as a junior as high as number 14 and number 1 in Florida is playing tennis at Western Kentucky.

My other hobbies, when I can get away from the busy life of a REALTORŽ, are boating and fishing.
